HELLO SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!

The “busy” first few days of CNY is over. That’s so fast!
Feeling richer after all the collecting of red packets? Haha!

Anyway, now it’s OFFICIALLY school vacation!
But for me, I never seem to have a proper vacation since secondary 4/5?
Couldn’t really recalled when I started part-time job during school vacation and I somehow got hooked.

Since then, whenever I’m having school vacation, work occupied my entire vacation.
I think I’m not born to mingle with books. But, with the ‘workaholic’ genes.
Just like both my Daddy and Mommy, they started working at teenage time and their determination and hard work brings them to great heights today.

Yes, economy is different. Certificate is extremely recognised in every industry now.

Therefore, I can’t give up on pursuing my diplomas and probably degree in the next few years. (:

Now, I’m back to work as temp full-time instead of part-time during school-active period.
And yay!

I’m promoted as a supervisor or so called an in-charge of Marina Sq boutique.

But of course, it’s a temporary one as I still have to return to school in April.

I’m thankful I’m given this opportunity. It’s like me going for IEP (attachment).

It somehow applies to what I’m studying in my diploma now.

Like, something to do with handling stocks, ordering stocks, managing retail and all.

And in fact I can’t wait to learn and experience more things later during this period!
It sounds pretty cool to see an only part-time girl in the company becoming an in-charge instead of the full-timer(s).

But I hope this will not create any conflict. *pray*

Boss is really nice also.

She’s treating me to free facial, massages and waxing that our own company provides so I know how does it feels to be like.

This helps when I attend to customers too.

In addition, I’m also entitled to product allowance of $350 (Initially temp staff are not entitled to, but because I’ve been working for more than a year with them, they gave me this privilege)! Yipeee. Free products! HAHA.

Last but not least, my boss wants me to go for WAXING training soon. So I’m able to do it for customers. Can’t wait to try that too!

When I’m up to it, you girls must come and try okay!
